The Manufactured Housing Institute of Maryland is the trade association representing the factory built housing industry in the state of Maryland.  This representation includes issues at the city, county, state and national levels.

Through member input, the MHIM board of directors leads the association on a course that will ensure the stability and growth of the industry and allow Maryland residents to continue to have quality housing options.
